Very happy with the service provided, very detailed report, the vehicle came back as having finance outstanding but the owner had informed me he had paid it, rang customer services and they was very helpful and phoned the finance company to check whether it was clear and it hadn't. I was told by them to contact the seller to get it cleared, he eventually did clear it, I rang customer services again and they again rang the finance company, this time the finance was now clear and was safe to go ahead.
